dark room missing remote
the staff was friendly enough at check in. the hotel has a very central location. it was near a lot of places i wanted to see.
my room was in the lower level. i did not like how dark the room was. the tv remote was missing when i got to my room. i was also woke up early because of the loud noise outside, especially considering how much i paid.

uncomfortable pillows scary experience
staff members were friendly and the location was ideal, especially for accessing nearby attractions.
I found the basement room was a total ripoff. The room was completely dark and miserable, and the pillows were the most uncomfortable i ever had. also, i found there was no shower gel available, not a treat for the price i paid. furthermore a stranger tried to get into my room at 3am, really scary.

lovely central location
gorgeous lobby bright room fabulous breakfast
the building had beauty inside with a gorgeous lobby. the rooms presented brightness with tall ceilings and loads of room to walk around. breakfast offered fabulous options for everyone. the staff were attentive, ready to chat, and ensured we had a great time.

historic building characterful building funky design spacious room dark room misleading photo basic breakfast
The historic building had lots of character, i liked that. the funky design stood out with thoughtful details. the rooms were spacious and very clean. I appreciated that after a long day.
The room felt very dark, not at all like the photos i saw. i expected better, it was a bit disappointing. also, the breakfast seemed basic. I expected more options.

I found my room very spacious and clean. it included everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i appreciated the friendly service from the staff. They were very helpful. the hotel's location proved convenient.
i found the corridors a little dimly lit, and the dark decoration felt a bit too intense.

the hotel boasts a fantastic location, mere minutes from the heart of town, near the centre of town. liverpool one is a short, pleasant walk away. the rejuvenated docks area is also easily accessible from the hotel.
